Si le client décide de continuer le travail, il doit permettre à Maple Brains de fixer une nouvelle date de début, selon les ressources disponibles.
Dans l’étape de la conception, le client peut demander des modifications jusqu’à trois fois; dans l’étape du thème et de la réalisation, jusqu’à deux ensembles de modifications peuvent être demandés.
Après l’approbation du flux de travail à la fin de l’étape du thème, tout changement au flux peut demander plus de temps et engendrer des frais supplémentaires.
Le moyen de communication officiel sera les courriels et tout commentaire soumis autrement ne sera pas pris en compte.
Même si la communication ou le partage d’un document ou d’un fichier est déjà fait avec WhatsApp, Skype ou autre, un courriel au même effet doit être envoyé.
Remboursement:
Chaque étape d’un projet est facturée séparément et cette facture est payée lorsqu’une étape est complétée.
C’est pourquoi, une fois les ressources affectées à un projet, il n’y a absolument aucun remboursement pour le projet en cours.
