Payments due are invoiced and sent to the clients upon delivery, completion, and approval of the work for the specific milestone of the project with the source code. No Invoices are sent to the client till specific milestone/s is/are not delivered. Therefore, we have a zero or no refund policy. The advance deposit will be applicable to allocate the resources hence there is zero or no refund policy for the advances paid by the client.
If the client wants to cancel the project anytime during the lifecycle of the project development, then the client will pay for the specific stage of the work completed on a prorated basis. Maplebrains will submit the source files of the work completed to date.
After paying the advance & prior to moving on the designs stage, if the client wants to cancel the project, then there are no refunds, as the advance payment is against compensation paid to the resources that are allocated for that specific project.
The invoice has to be paid within 24hrs as the invoices are raised for the client only upon completion and approval of the project milestone/s. Any delays in the payment after 24hrs of invoicing will be penalized to 5% on the invoice raised every month until paid in full. In case of any delay on the project completion if the client wishes to cancel the project, then there is a zero or no refund. MapleBrains will be submitted all source code for the work completed to date.
